  The 2022 Aomori Sakura Marathon will be held this year, limited to residents of Aomori Prefecture only.

  The registration period is from Tuesday, February 1st until Monday, February 28th.

  Please note: As a measure against the spread of the novel Coronavirus, participants will be required to have their temperature checked on site and submit a general health checklist of the 2 weeks before & after the event. Please be ready to provide proof of vaccination (2 doses) or a negative PCR / antigen (rapid) coronavirus test.

  In addition, we will be implementing a “Wave Start” (time delays between starting groups) for each race category.
